This year has sent various curveballs our way. One of the biggest curveballs being COVID-19 that sent ripples through the world and the majority of our lifestyles. Instead of going about our regular day-to-day lives, the majority of us were spending more time at home — more than we’ve ever had to. Not only did this directly affect our everyday routines, but it also sent a shock through the job market. Many people around the world lost their jobs — many being in women lead industries.
Understandably so, many companies had to shut doors and halt production to help save workers from the unknown. Yet, women seem to have been the first to go in some situations. Many are starting to label this recession as a she-cession — pointing out the overwhelmingly negative effects on working females. Not to mention, 47 percent of jobs held by women are within the three industries hit hardest by COVID-19; hospitality, education, and health services. Continue reading

The novel coronavirus has disrupted the way we live, work and go on about our daily lives. Small and locally owned businesses have been hit especially hard throughout the pandemic, as shelter in place orders closed their doors for weeks to months.
During lockdown, it was all too easy to shop online with big retailers such as Amazon. But as our communities begin to reopen and adjust for the new normal, our mom and pop shops, women-owned businesses, local restaurants and service industry workers are in need of financial support.

As much as we push for equality, women still face many uphill battles in the business world. The industry is primarily dominated by men and with that comes challenges for female entrepreneurs. In fact, solely female companies accumulated only 2.3 percent of the total capital invested in venture-backed startups in the US.

However, there are two sides to everything. There are vape juices available in the market that contain nicotine. At the same time, nicotine-free vape juice is quite popular as well. It’s totally up to the people what they pick for themselves. Plus, too much of anything is wrong. One shouldn’t be vaping all the time; it doesn’t matter if their vape juice has nicotine or not. Let’s have a look at some reasons why vaping is so much fun –
When you smoke a cigarette for the first time, you are expected not to take it all easy. The nicotine irritates the throat, and you start coughing. That’s when you decide how much you hate cigarettes. However, the case might be totally different with vapes. There are nicotine-free vape juices that are light on your throat.
